Central Illinois Council of the Illinois Association of Housing Authorities presented our Residents with an opportunity to apply for an Educational Assistance Grant. Applicants must be a graduating senior or anyone (residing at one of our properties) wanting to further their education at the College level. Applicants must do their part in gathering the required information for the application, and also write an essay. A Grant Committee makes the decision as to the number of grants/scholarships handed out, and the amount awarded to each person. One of our Residents–Rajat Kapoor–was selected to be a recipient! Congratulations Rajat!!!
